Ben Ridley is the founder of RIDLEY Training and a real estate professional with more than 20 years of hands-on industry experience.

Ben’s career has been built in the real world, working directly with clients, building high-performing databases, leading teams and developing systems that deliver consistent results over time. His approach is grounded in what actually works day to day, not theory or trends.

Over the years, Ben saw too many agents overwhelmed by complicated scripts, endless checklists and training that looked good on paper but failed in practice. Through trial, refinement and real-world application, Ben developed a simple, repeatable framework focused on fundamentals: clear communication, daily discipline and genuinely dollar-productive activity.
